Laser 3D Print is a Sydney, NSW based 3D printing service. We produce parts locally in Sydney and ship Australia-wide with a flat-rate satchel option for most build-volume-limited orders.

We specialise in high-quality, fast-turnaround custom 3D printing in Sydney using a Bambu Lab P2S Combo. Typical completion is about three business days after we confirm your file and quote, then we ship Australia-wide.

We currently print in Standard PLA, ABS, and Carbon Fiber. Multicolour printing is available via an Automatic Material System (AMS). Laser engraving and cutting are coming soon on xTool / Bambu Lab laser systems.

Our Bambu Lab P2S Combo build volume is 256 x 256 x 256 mm. No single dimension on your part can exceed 256 mm. Larger designs can sometimes be split into sections and assembled after printing.

Enter estimated weight in grams, length/width/height in millimetres, choose Standard PLA/ABS or Carbon Fiber, and toggle multicolour if needed. Pricing uses a setup fee, per-gram material rates, an optional multicolour surcharge, and flat Australia Post shipping. The estimate is not a final invoice until we review your STL.

Indicative pricing starts with a $10 setup fee, then about $0.05 per gram for standard PLA/ABS or $0.10 per gram for Carbon Fiber (grams over 200g at 50% of the base rate), plus a multicolour surcharge when AMS is used, and $20 Express Post Australia-wide. Yes. Multicolour (AMS) printing is available on our Bambu Lab setup. Selecting multicolour in the quote calculator applies a surcharge on material cost to cover filament changes and AMS processing.

Yes. We print Carbon Fiber reinforced filament for stronger, stiffer functional parts from our Sydney workshop and ship finished parts Australia-wide.

STL is preferred. You can upload a file or paste a download URL in the order form. We may request a revised export if the mesh has errors, non-manifold geometry, or units that are unclear.
